Sign up for a course
Once you have selected a course at an institute, in a city that meets your requirements, our team will start to collect your documents to apply for the course on your behalf. All you need to do after this step is to wait for the Letter of Offer from the school.
Pay for course and visa fees
You can make a payment for these fees through Beyond Study Center, as we will keep communicating with the school to proceed with your enrolment. The school will then issue the Confirmation of Enrolment letter.
Prepare documents for visa application
Our team will provide extensive visa services such as document translation, writing a Statement of Purpose (SOP), financial statement consultation, and ensuring that you have all required documents for VFS submission.
Submit visa application
Our team will collect all required documents for online visa application.
Health check-up
Once a confirmation from VFS has been received, you will then have to complete a health check-up as imposed by the Australian Embassy.
Waiting period for visa
The visa processing time usually depends on the Embassy and time of submission.
Join an orientation before your trip
Our service holds an orientation for you to prepare your trip prior the departure, in order to provide information about the course, documents you need to bring, accommodation, jobs, transportation, and living in Australia.
